Hi. Matt here.

I live in Lake Tahoe with my amazing wife, our little girl, and a very energetic pup.

For the last 15+ years, I’ve been building and leading marketing teams in consumer tech and digital media. Most people know me from Twitch, where I helped launch the brand and scale it into a global phenomenon (and, yeah, through the $1B Amazon acquisition).

Since then I’ve kept chasing big ideas at the intersection of streaming, creators, and community - founding Salut (a social video platform for fitness pros), spending some time at Plex, and now advising/partnering with teams who want to do category-defining things.

When I’m not deep in the world of tech and startups, I’m usually off in the mountains: ultralight backpacking, backcountry skiing, or plotting the next adventure. I also play guitar and banjo, for anybody willing to listen.
